Khira has had a passion for sewing since she was in the third grade. After watching her favorite TV show at the time, "That's So Raven", she became inspired by the main character Raven Baxter's ability to sew her own clothes. From that point on, sewing has become an integral part of Khira's identity.

Sewing has played a pivotal role in Khira's life, helping her build confidence and serving as an outlet during challenging times. It has become a meaningful and therapeutic activity for her.

Driven by the positive impact sewing has had on her own life, Khira founded an organization called "Fshn Impact" (pronounced fashion impact). Through this organization, Khira aims to share the transformative power of sewing and design with her local community, in the same way it has touched and enriched her own life.

Khira is passionate about using fashion and sewing as a tool for empowerment, confidence-building, and personal growth. She hopes to inspire others, especially women and children, to discover the joys and benefits of sewing, just as she did from a young age.

Overall, sewing has been a formative part of Khira's identity and life journey. Now, she is dedicated to paying that forward by creating opportunities for others to experience the same transformative effects of this creative pursuit.
